加速康复外科模式下小茴香热敷对前列腺电切术后康复的影响

Effect of Fennel Hot Compress on Rehabilitation After Transurethral Resection of Prostate Under Enhanced Recovery After Surgery Mode

目的探究加速康复外科(ERAS)模式下小茴香热敷对经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)术后患者康复的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2022年6月于攀枝花市中西医结合医院泌尿外科接受TURP的195例前列腺增生患者为研究对象,根据术后是否使用小茴香热敷将患者分为对照组(n=92)和观察组(n=103)。对照组术后采用常规治疗,观察组术后在对照组常规治疗基础上使用小茴香热敷,比较两组术后胃肠道功能恢复时间、术后尿管留置时间、住院时间等临床指标;比较两组生活质量(QOL)评分及术后膀胱痉挛、血尿、泌尿道感染、肺部感染等并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者术后胃肠道功能恢复时间、尿管留置时间和住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);术后并发症膀胱痉挛、腹痛、腹胀发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);术后QOL评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小茴香热敷能促进TURP术后胃肠道功能康复,降低术后膀胱痉挛、腹痛、腹胀等并发症的发生率,并提升患者生活质量。

Objective To Explore the effect of fennel hot compress on rehabilitation after transurethral resection of prostate(TURP)under the enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)mode.Methods A total of 195 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)who underwent TURP in the Department of Urology,Panzhihua Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group(n=92)and experimental group(n=103)according to whether fennel hot compress was used after surgery.The experimental group received fennel hot compress on the basis of routine treatment after surgery,while the control group received routine treatment only.Indexes such as postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time,urinary catheter indwelling time,hospital stay,quality of lif(QOL)score,occurrence of postoperative bladder spasm,hematuria,urinary tract infection,pulmonary infection and other complications were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time,urinary catheter indwelling time and hospital stay in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of bladder spasm,abdominal pain and abdominal distension in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative QOL score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fennel hot compress can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after TURP,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications such as bladder spasm,abdominal pain,and abdominal distension,and improve the quality of life of patients.
