成都市高校大学生的艾滋病知识知晓情况与行为态度水平的现状及影响因素分析

Current Situation of AIDS Related Knowledge and Level of Behavioral Attitude Among College Students in Chengdu and Analysis of Its Influencing Factors

目的了解成都市高校大学生的艾滋病知识知晓情况和行为态度水平并分析其影响因素。方法选取2022年12月至2023年2月成都市某3所高校大学生为研究对象,按医学类与非医学类专业进行分层抽样调查。采用自编问卷,调查大学生的人口学资料、艾滋病基本知识及相关行为态度水平。结果共纳入大学生960名,其艾滋病知识总知晓率为88.20%(847/960),不同专业类型、性别、月生活费的大学生艾滋病知识知晓率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,专业类型(OR=3.122,95%CI:1.951~4.995)、性别(OR=1.703,95%CI:1.119~5.593)可能是大学生艾滋病知识知晓率的影响因素。大学生艾滋病相关行为态度评分呈高等水平的占76.3%,呈中等水平的占23.7%,无低等水平人群。不同专业类型、性别、艾滋病知识知晓程度的大学生艾滋病相关行为态度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,性别(OR=3.922,95%CI:2.826~5.442)、艾滋病知识知晓情况(OR=3.228,95%CI:2.084~4.998)可能是大学生艾滋病相关行为态度的影响因素。结论成都市高校大学生的艾滋病知识知晓率及行为态度水平较低,专业类型、性别等因素是艾滋病知识和行为态度水平的影响因素。高校应针对不同的大学生群体开展相应的艾滋病宣教活动,以提高其艾滋病知识知晓率和行为态度水平。

Objective To investigate the current situation of AIDS related knowledge and level of behavioral attitude among college students in Chengdu and analyze its influencing factors.Methods From December 2022 to February 2023,a self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct a stratified sampling survey of medical and non medical majors among college students from 3 universities in Chengdu.The survey mainly included demographic information,basic knowledge of AIDS,and the level of related behavioral attitude.Results Among the 960 college students included,the total knowledge of AIDS was 88.20%(847/960).There were statistically significant differences in AIDS related knowledge among college students of different majors(medical or non-medical),genders and monthly cost of living(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic analysis showed that major(OR=3.122,95%CI:1.951-4.995)and gender(OR=1.703,95%CI:1.119-5.593)might be the influencing factors of AIDS related knowledge among college students.The high level of AIDS related behavioral attitude accounted for 76.3%,the medium level accounted for 23.7%,and there was no low level group.There were statistically significant differences in AIDS related behavioral attitude among college students with different majors,genders and levels of basic AIDS related knowledge(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic analysis showed that gender(OR=3.922,95%CI:2.826-5.442)and knowledge of AIDS(OR=3.228,95%CI:2.084-4.998)might be the influencing factors of AIDS related behavioral attitude of college students.Conclusion The levels of AIDS related knowledge and behavioral attitude among college students in Chengdu are relatively low.Major,gender and other factors are the factors affecting the level of AIDS related knowledge and behavioral attitude.Colleges and universities should carry out corresponding AIDS education activities for different groups of college students,so as to improve their AIDS related knowledge and behavioral attitude.
