非遗传统文化融入师范生教师职业能力培养的价值与路径 被引量:1

摘要 非遗传统文化是教师文化素养的重要组成部分,是中华民族独有的文化基因,是涵育社会主义核心价值观和落实立德树人根本任务的有效载体。对师范生进行非遗传统文化教育,是非遗活态传承的必然要求,是践行社会主义核心价值观和落实立德树人使命的根本要求,是师范生教师职业能力提升的迫切需求。非遗传统文化融入师范生教师职业能力培养,应以专业为统领,构建非遗文化活态传承的“专业全程贯通育人”路径;以课堂为主阵地,建构“三位一体课程融合育人”路径;以校园为载体,搭建“多元化文化融合育人”路径;以社会为平台,打造“六位一体多维互动实践共同体育人”路径,提升师范生教师文化素养与职业能力。 The traditional culture of intangible cultural heritage is an important component of teachers’cultural literacy,a unique cultural gene of the Chinese nation,and an effective carrier for cultivating socialist core values and implementing the fundamental task of moral education.Providing traditional cultural education of intangible cultural heritage to normal students is an inevitable requirement for the active inheritance of intangible cultural heritage,a fundamental requirement for practicing socialist core values and implementing the mission of moral education,and an urgent need for improving the professional ability of normal students as teachers.To integrate the traditional intangible cultural heritage into the professional ability cultivation of normal students’teachers we should build a path of“professional full-process education”for the active inheritance of intangible cultural heritagebe,led by their profession;build a path of“integrating the three-in-one curriculum and education”with the classroom as the main position,build a path of“diversified cultural integration and education”with campus as a carrier;create a path of“six-in-one multi dimensional interactive practice and joint education”with society as a platform to enhance the cultural literacy and professional abilities of normal students’teachers.
