融合多源数据的高校教育精准扶贫学生画像研究

Research on Student Portrait of Targeted Poverty Alleviation in University Education by Integrating Multisource Data

伴随数智时代的到来,高校教育精准扶贫工作逐步向智能化、精准化、个性化方向发展。融合多源数据的高校教育精准扶贫学生画像由贫困生经济画像和“五育”画像两部分构成,前者能够系统呈现贫困生家庭经济、特殊群体、消费因素等,为贫困生认定审核、施助主体精准资助工作开展提供便利;后者基于“五育”要求,能够为高校各育人主体推送个性化育人方案、实施全面育人提供全面支持。运用学生画像推动三全育人系统工程需要以学生画像提升全员协同助人育人的能力,以画像构建精准的全程助人育人闭环,以画像拓展全方位助人育人的深度和宽度。

With the arrival of the era of digital intelligence,the targeted poverty alleviation work in university education is gradually developing towards intelligence,precision,and personalization.The student portrait of the targeted poverty alleviation in university education by integrating multisource data consists of two parts:the economic portrait of impoverished students and the“five-education”portrait.The former can systematically present the family economy,special groups,consumption factors and so on,which provide convenience for the identification and review of impoverished students and the precise funding work of aid providers.The latter can provide comprehensive support for promoting personalized education plans and implementing comprehensive education for various education subjects in universities based on the requirements of the“five education”.The use of student portrait to promote the project of three comprehensive education system requires enhancing the ability of collaborative education among all staff through student portrait,constructing an accurate closed-loop of full process assistance and education through the portraits,and expanding the depth and width of comprehensive assistance and education through the portraits.
