摘要
校企合作是应用型金融人才培养的重要途径。在共生理论的指导下,以政府部门、行业、企业、高校为共生单元,构建多主体协同育人的应用型金融科技人才培养共生系统。共生理论视域下应用型金融科技人才培养应依据“五力”潜质,遴选理想共生单元、围绕“五共”目标,打造最优共生模式、立足“四域”空间,建立正向共生环境、开展“五度”检测,建立科学评价机制,形成“应用型”与“金融+科技”鲜明的金融科技人才培养特色,满足金融科技人才培养提质培优的时代诉求。
School-enterprise cooperation is an important way to cultivate applied financial talents.Under the guidance of symbiosis theory,we build a multi agent collaborative system for cultivating applied financial technology talents with government departments,industries,enterprises and universities as symbiotic units.From the perspective of symbiosis theory,the cultivation of applied financial technology talents should be based on the potential of the“five forces”.We should select ideal symbiotic units and focus on the“five common”goals to create the optimal symbiotic mode,establish a positive symbiotic environment based on the“four domains”space,carry out“five degree”testing to establish a scientific evaluation mechanism,and form distinct characteristics of“applied”and“finance plus technology”financial technology talent cultivation to meet the demands of the times for improving the quality and excellence of financial technology talent cultivation.
