摘要
教材建设国家事权是一种合目的性、合规律性和合法律性的社会关系活动。从权力的运行逻辑看,教材建设国家事权的权力运作遵循着目的价值与手段价值辩证统一的价值导向逻辑、主体创造与制度约束双向互动的关系调适逻辑以及宏大叙事与个体叙事耦合嵌入的话语调控逻辑。审视当下教材建设国家事权的权力运作,发现教材建设国家事权权力作用存在着理念更新滞后、职能结构单一以及责任规制失灵的可能风险。教材建设国家事权的权力运作需要提升主体认知,追求理念更新同步化;完善机构设置,增强系统要素耦合性;培育自主精神,实现责任生成自觉化。
The construction of state power in teaching materials is a kind of social relations activity with purpose,regularity and law.From the perspective of power operation logic,the power operation of state power in textbook construction follows the value-oriented logic of dialectical unity of purpose value and means value,the adjustment logic of two-way interaction between subject creation and institutional constraint,and the discourse regulation logic of coupling and embedding grand narrative and individual narrative.By examining the current power operation of the state power in teaching material construction,it is found that there are some possible risks such as delayed idea updating,single function structure and failure of responsibility regulation.Based on this,the power operation of national authority in textbook construction needs to enhance the subject’s cognition and pursue the synchronization of idea renewal,improve the mechanism setting and enhance the coupling of system elements,and cultivate the spirit of autonomy and realize the self-consciousness of responsibility generation.
