教材使用治理现代化的逻辑理路及其推进路径

教材使用治理是各治理主体以“善治”为目标,运用治理思维,按照相应制度开展合理行动,共同参与教材使用决策制定的持续行动过程。教材使用治理现代化是新时代教材使用治理的应然追求,也是推进教材治理现代化的重要支撑,更是实现教育治理现代化的内在要求。治理法治化、民主化、科学化是教材使用治理现代化的核心要义,它遵循从行政管理思维到法制治理思维的认知逻辑,从单一管理体制到多元治理体制的发展逻辑,从结果管理取向到过程治理取向的生成逻辑。教材使用治理现代化的推进要健全治理制度建设,以良法促善治;划分治理主体权责,以共治促善治;加强治理过程监督,以评价促善治。
