基于OBE理念的学前教育专业发展研究

摘要 高职学前教育专业旨在为国家培养新时代合格的幼儿教师。然而现阶段,学前教育专业发展中还存在着园校需求供给脱节、教学选择落实困难、教育相关各方封闭等较为突出的问题。基于OBE理念的学前教育专业发展应遵循“三性一体”的选学模式,即为学生搭建“六大项度”全域性的选学模块,优化“全时四驱”可操作性的选学路径,完善“多元复合”同一性的选学保障体系,从而激发学前教育专业发展的内生动力,提升幼儿教师培养质量。 The preschool education major aims to cultivate qualified preschool teachers for the country in the new era.However,at present,there still exist prominent problems in the development of preschool education majors,such as the disconnect between demand and supply from kindergartens and schools,the difficulties in implementing teaching choices,and the closed education related parties.In the development of preschool education majors based on the OBE concept,we should follow the“three in one”selection model,which is to build“six major”comprehensive elective modules for students,optimize the operational selection path of“all-time four drives”,improve the“multiple and composite”identity selection guarantee system so as to stimulate the endogenous driving force of preschool education professional development and enhance the quality of preschool teachers.
