摘要
论文系统介绍了《电子档案证据效力维护规范》(DA/T 97—2023)的主要内容,说明了其制定背景、意义和主要特点,并对如何正确地理解标准文件中的“应”“宜”“可”等用语的含义及相关需要改进之处,进行了初步探讨。
This paper systematically introduces the main contents of the Standard for the Mainte⁃nance of the Evidence Validity of Electronic Archives(DA/T 97-2023),explains its background,signifi⁃cance and main characteristics,and makes a prelimi⁃nary discussion on how to correctly understand the meaning of the terms"should","appropriate"and"may"in the standard document and the relevant im⁃provements.
