乡村振兴背景下乡村教育高质量发展:内涵、挑战与因应策略

摘要 乡村教育作为乡村振兴道路上的重要一环,其高质量发展具有坚持以人为中心的基本立场、以本土文化资源为内生动力、以城乡教育共生为发展指向、以智慧教育为重要支撑的内涵。新时代乡村教育高质量发展承载着推进中国式乡村教育现代化的进程、迎合“公平而有质量的教育”的时代诉求、适应“人民日益增长的美好生活需要”的矛盾转型以及彰显以人为本的教育立场的全新价值意蕴。乡村振兴背景下,乡村教育高质量发展面临着能不能实现智能化智慧教育、能不能留得住优秀的乡村教师、能不能吸纳优质的生源和能不能建设一批有特色的乡村学校等一系列挑战。因此,需要借助政策规制力量,确立乡村教育高质量发展的政策性保障;顺应乡土文化开发,充实乡村教育高质量发展的教育性资源;借力理论研究进展,丰富乡村教育高质量发展的实践性范型;满足教育公平要求,保证乡村教育高质量发展的资源型优势;建设特色乡村学校,打造乡村教育高质量发展的文化性名片。 Rural education,as a vital component of rural revitalization,is guided by a fundamental principle of human-centeredness in the pursuit of high-quality development.It draws upon local cultural resources as its intrinsic driving force,aims at the coexistence of urban and rural education,and relies on smart education as a crucial support.The high-quality development of rural education in the new era carries the process of advancing the modernization of Chinese rural education,aligns with the contemporary call for“equitable and quality education”,adapts to the transformation of the contradictions arising from the increasing demand for a better life among the people,and embodies a new value proposition rooted in a people-centered educational approach.In the context of rural revitalization,the high-quality development of rural education faces a series of challenges,including whether it can achieve intelligent and smart education,retain outstanding rural teachers,attract high-quality students,and establish a set of distinctive rural schools.Therefore,it is necessary to establish the policy support for the high-quality development of rural education by means of the power of policies,to enrich the educational resources of high-quality development of rural education by aligning with the local cultural development,to enhance the practical examples for rural education development by utilizing advancements in theoretical research,to ensure the resource advantages for the high-quality development of rural education by meeting the demands of educational equity,and to create cultural landmarks that promote the high-quality development of rural education by building distinctive rural schools.
