教师课程力主导新课程改革“三重进路”的审思

摘要 新课程改革与教师发展之间具有高耦合关系。课程力是新课程改革推进的“核心动力”,是教师专业发展的“关键切口”,是推动高耦合关系的“重要量度”。课程力业已经历“萌动—激进—渐进”三个阶段,时下,更应关注曾经“实然存在”的激进进路和“亟待应然追求”的渐进进路,应从管理、环境、实践、组织和教师自身五个方面着手抓实“发展进路”,从而构建赋权增能的工作体系、多维加持的文化体系、深度参与的培训体系、协同研究的研究体系和意识觉醒的行动体系,助推教师课程力的发展。 There exists a tight coupling relation between the new curriculum reform and teacher development.Curriculum force is the core power driving the new curriculum reform,the critical incision of teachers’professional development,and the important means of measurement in advancing the tight coupling relation.The curriculum force has gone through three stages of“beginning,speeding,gradual improvement”.Currently,more attention should be paid to both the previous practical path of speeding and the necessary path of gradual improvement.We should grasp the“development path”from five aspects:management,environment,practice,organization and teachers themselves,thus building a working system of empowerment,a cultural system of multi-dimensional support,a training system of deep participation,a research system of collaborative research and an action system of consciousness awakening,so that the curriculum power of teachers will be propelled.
