镀锡板边部多层结构的不均匀性分析

摘要 镀锡板的生产通常要经过电镀、软熔、钝化和涂油工序以获得综合性能优异的多层结构,电镀与钝化工序的边缘效应往往会使得边部和中部的多层结构存在差异。本文采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外−可见分光光度计、电化学工作站、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)和辉光放电光谱仪(GDS),对比了镀锡板不同部位多层结构的组织结构和组成。结果表明:镀锡板的边部各层在形貌和组分方面均呈现出明显的不均匀性。相对于镀锡板中部,边部的金属锡、合金锡和钝化层各组分含量都更高,镀层的氧化现象更严重。 The process flow for production of tinplate is usually comprising electroplating,reflowing,passivation,and oiling to form a multilayer structure with excellent comprehensive performance.There are some differences between the edge and center of tinplate due to the edge effect during electroplating and passivation.The microstructure and composition of the multilayer at the edge and center of tinplate were compared using scanning electron microscope(SEM),ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer,electrochemical workstation,X-ray photoelectron spectroscope(XPS),and glow discharge spectroscope(GDS).The results showed that the various layers at the edge of tinplate was nonuniform in morphology and composition.As compared with the center of tinplate,the content of each component in the metallic tin layer,tin alloy layer,and passivate layer were higher at the edge,indicating that the tin coating at the edge of tinplate was oxidized more seriously.
