摘要
对飞机用关节轴承的电镀废水进行分类收集和分质处理,主要处理方法为化学沉淀法和生化法。采用该工艺处理后,总铬、六价铬和总锌的去除率分别为76.7%、100%和98.7%,出水水质满足《电镀污染物排放标准》(GB 21900-2008)表2和《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)三级的要求。
The wastewater generated during the electroplating of joint bearings for aircraft was collected in categories and treated by chemical precipitation and biochemical method.After being treated by the given process,the removal rates of total chromium,hexavalent chromium,and total zinc reached 76.7%,100%,and 98.7%,respectively.The quality of effluent meets the demand of the Table 2 stipulated in GB 21900-2008 Emission Standard of Pollutants for Electroplating and the Grade III of GB 8978-1996 Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard.
