中国共产党领导的卫生宣传教育研究——以“除四害”运动为考察中心

Research on Health Promotion and Education Led by the CPC——Focusing on the Movement of“Four Pests Elimination”

开展宣传教育是中国共产党的优良传统与重要经验。社会主义基本制度确立后,为了巩固爱国卫生运动的成果,促进工农业生产力的发展,中国共产党发起了声势浩大的“除四害”运动。中国共产党通过典型的塑造与带动、群众宣传队的宣传与动员、各级党报的报道与宣传等卫生宣传教育方式,动员广大群众参与“除四害”运动。中国共产党领导的卫生宣传教育在“除四害”运动中取得显著成效,有效改善了卫生状况和人居环境,促进了工农业生产效率的提高,推动了旧的卫生观念的转变,加强了党对国家的全面领导。在中国共产党的领导下,“除四害”运动走出了一条符合中国国情、具有中国特色的卫生健康宣传教育发展道路,亦为我国在新时代构建起强大的卫生健康宣传教育体系提供了重要借鉴。

Carrying out publicity and education is the fine tradition and important experience of the CPC.After the establishment of the basic socialist system,in order to consolidate the achievements of the patriotic health movement and promote the development of industrial and agricultural productivity,the CPC launched a massive campaign of“Four Pests Elimination”.The CPC shapes and drives through the typical;propaganda and mobilization of mass propaganda teams;the health promotion and education methods such as reporting and publicity in party newspapers at all levels mobilize the masses to participate in the“Four Pests Elimination”movement.The health publicity and education led by the CPC has achieved remarkable results in the campaign of“Four Pests Elimination”,effectively improving the health and living environment,promoting the efficiency of industrial and agricultural production,promoting the transformation of old health concepts,and strengthening the Party’s overall leadership over the country.Under the leadership of the CPC,the“Four Pests Elimination”campaign has developed a path of health publicity and education with Chinese characteristics in line with China’s national conditions,which also provides important reference for building a strong health publicity and education system in the new era.
