四维融合视角下临床专硕研究生的职业素养教育研究

Research on Occupational Literacy Education for the Talent Cultivation Goal of Graduate Students of Clinical Master’s Degree fromthe Perspective of Four Dimensional Integration

摘要 职业素养教育是临床专硕研究生人才培养的目标要求、临床能力的考核要求以及社会主流的认知要求。基于四维融合视角,当前临床专硕研究生的职业素养存在角色认知偏差、职业认同感低、自我意识效能不足、临床实践获益不够等问题。推进临床专硕研究生职业素养教育的知情意行合一,应当抓好“三阶段”教育,夯实主体角色认知;落实“三融入”举措,提升医师职业认同;发挥“三引领”作用,增强职业自我意识;畅通“三渠道”建设,赋能实践育人成效。 Occupational literacy education is the requirement of the talent cultivation goal of graduate students of clinical master’s degree,the requirement of the assessment of clinical competence and the cognitive requirement of the social mainstream.Based on the four-dimensional integration perspective,the current professional literacy of clinical master’s degree students has problems such as role cognitive bias,low sense of professional identity,insufficient self-efficacy,and insufficient benefit from clinical practice.In order to promote the unity of knowledge,emotion,intention and action in the education of clinical master’s degree students'professional literacy,we should grasp the“three-stage”education to consolidate the subject’s role cognition,implement the“three-integration”initiative to enhance the physician’s professional identity,and play the role of the“three-leading”initiative to enhance the professional self-awareness and self-awareness.The role of the“three leading”to enhance professional self-awareness;smooth“three channels”construction,empowering the effectiveness of practical education.
