高校朋辈心理助人工作质量提升探微——基于管理有效性视角

Research on the Quality Improvement of Peer Psychological Help Work in Colleges and Universities——From the Perspective of Management Effectiveness

高校学生心理朋辈互助队伍主要由班级心理委员、学生心理社团骨干、朋辈心理辅导员、宿舍心理信息员等组成。普遍面临着专业性不足、创新性不足、积极性不足等问题,导致这一问题的原因主要有:学校对学生心理骨干工作支持不够,缺少对学生心理社团的专业指导;学生心理骨干缺乏规范的选拔、培训和考核,职位“功利化”;心理社团服务及管理尚不够规范,社团活动影响力不强;学生对心理问题的困扰仍存在“病耻感”,不乐于主动求助。提升高校朋辈心理助人工作质量可以从开齐开足心理健康课,发挥心理健康课的主渠道作用;选拔和培训有胜任力的学生心理骨干,建立恰当激励和考核机制;积极开展形式多样的心理健康活动,打造品牌特色方面着手。

College students’psychological backbone team is mainly composed of class psychology commissaries,students’psychological community members,peer psychological counselors,peer psychological counselors,dormitory information personnel and so on,facing the lack of professionalism,lack of enthusiasm,lack of innovation and other problems.The cause of this problem is that the school is not enough to support the students’psychological backbone work,the lack of professional guidance to the students’psychological community;lack of standard selection,training and assessment of students’psychological backbone,the position“utilitarian”;psychological community services and management are not standardized enough,the influence of community activities is not strong;students still have“stigma”about psychological problems and are not willing to take the initiative to help.To improve the quality of peer psychological help,work in colleges and universities,we can open full mental health courses and play the main channel role of mental health courses.Select and train competent students’psychological backbone,establish incentive and assessment mechanism;we should actively carry out various forms of mental health activities and build college brand characteristics.
