基于心理资本的大学生思想政治教育有效性探析

Analysis of the Effectiveness of Ideological and Political Education for College Students Based on Psychological Capital

心理资本是个体在成长和发展过程中表现出来的一种积极的心理状态。本文在卢桑斯等人对心理资本研究成果的基础上,重点把握心理资本开发理论与思想政治教育之间在主体上的一致性、目的上的统一性和功能上的互补性。笔者基于心理资本中自我效能、乐观、希望和韧性这四个维度并结合我国大学生思想政治教育现实情况,探究提升大学生思想政治教育实效性的方法与路径。

Psychological capital is a positive psychological state that individuals exhibit during their growth and development.Based on the research results of Lusans and others on psychological capital,grasp the consistency of the development theory of psychological capital and ideological and political education in terms of subject,unity of purpose,and complementarity in function.Based on the four dimensions of self-efficacy,optimism,hope,and resilience in psychological capital,combined with the current situation of ideological and political education for college students in China,this study explores methods and paths to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education for college students.
