技术引进、创新赶超与实体经济高质量增长——基于有调节的中介效应检验

Technology Introduction,Innovation Catch-up and High-quality Growth of the Real Economy:Mediation Effect Test based on Regulation

以1999—2021年中国30个省级行政区的面板数据为研究对象,探讨技术引进与实体经济高质量增长之间的关系以及创新赶超的中介作用。研究发现:技术引进能够显著促进实体经济高质量增长;创新赶超正向促进实体经济高质量增长;创新赶超在技术引进与实体经济高质量增长之间发挥正向中介作用。进一步引入公平程度、市场化程度与政府效率作为调节变量检验发现,三者均可正向调节技术引进与创新赶超的关系以及创新赶超的中介作用;伴随公平程度、市场化程度与政府效率不断提升,其中介调节作用逐渐减弱。

This paper selects the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 1999 to 2021 as the research object to explore the relationship between technology introduction and high-quality growth of the real economy,as well as the intermediary role of innovation catch-up.The research finds that technology introduction can significantly promote the high-quality growth of the real economy.Innova-tion catch-up are positively promoting high-quality growth of the real economy.Innovation catch-up plays a positive intermediary role between technology introduction and high-quality growth of the real economy.Further introducing the degree of fairness,the degree of marketization and the efficiency of the government as the adjusting variables,we find that the above three variables can positively adjust the relationship between technology introduction and innovation catch-up as well as the intermediary role of innovation catch-up.With the continuous improvement of fairness degree,marketization degree and government efficiency,the mediating effect of fairness degree,marketization degree and government efficiency gradually weakens.
