价值链数字化与制造业开放式创新——理论机制与实证检验

Value Chain Digitization and Open Innovation in Manufacturing Industry:Theoretical Mechanism and Empirical Testing

以2012—2021年中国沪深A股制造业上市企业为研究样本,实证分析价值链数字化对制造业开放式创新的影响。研究表明:价值链数字化可显著提升制造业开放式创新水平。机制分析结果显示,价值链数字化可通过融资约束缓解效应及技术溢出效应间接驱动制造业开放式创新。进一步研究发现,价值链数字化对制造业开放式创新的促进效应在东部地区、高水平市场竞争环境、非国有企业及大型企业中更显著。基于此,提出深化价值链数字化转型、强化节本增效能力、制定差异化开放式创新策略等建议,以期为发挥价值链数字化优势、推动制造业开放式创新提供支持。

This paper selects Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share manufacturing listed companies from 2012 to 2021 as research samples,and empirically analyzes the impact of value chain digitization on open innovation in manufacturing.The research shows that value chain digitization can significantly improve the open innovation level of manufacturing industry.The results of mechanism analysis show that value chain digitization can indirectly drive open innovation in manufacturing industry through financing constraint mitigation effect and technology spillover effect.Further research finds that the promotion effect of value chain digitization on open innovation in manufacturing industry is more significant in the eastern region,high-level market competition environment,non-state-owned enterprises and large enterprises.Based on this,several suggestions are put forward to deepen the digital transformation of the value chain,strengthen the ability to save costs and increase efficiency,and develop differentiated and open innovation strategies,so as to provide support for giving play to the digital advantages of the value chain and promoting open innovation in the manufacturing industry.
