商业银行数字化资源投入最优配置研究——基于A股上市银行面板数据

Research on the Optimal Allocation of Digital Resources in Commercial Banks:Based on the Panel Data of A-share Listed Banks

基于手工搜集2014—2019年A股上市银行的报表数据和相关宏观数据,运用IV-2SLS回归分析方法从多个维度深入研究数字化资源投入对商业银行经营绩效的影响,并探讨出资源投入最优阈值。同时,具体研究了数字化物质资本投入和数字化人力资本投入的最优比值。此外,进一步探讨数字化资源投入对商业银行对公业务和零售业务的影响。主要得出以下结论:数字化资源投入能够显著提升商业银行的经营绩效,且存在阈值点;数字化物质资本投入和数字化人力资本投入存在最优投入比,且不同发展规模的银行存在差异;中小银行对公业务和零售业务的数字化资源投入存在最优配置。

Based on the manual collection of the report data and related macro data of A-share listed banks from 2014 to 2019,this paper uses IV-2SLS regression analysis method to deeply study the influence of digital resource input on the business performance of commercial banks from multiple dimensions,and discusses the optimal threshold of resource input.Then,this paper studies the optimal ratio of digital material capital investment to digital human capital investment.Finally,this paper further studies the influence of digital resources input on the corporate business and retail business of commercial banks.The main conclusions are as follows:The input of digital resources can significantly improve the operating performance of commercial banks,and there is a threshold point.There is an optimal input ratio between digital material capital and digital human capital,and there are differences among banks with different development scales.Small and medium-sized banks have an optimal allocation of digital resources for public business and retail business.
