摘要
采用液相还原法制备活性炭负载纳米铁(nZVI/AC),利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)对其进行表征,设计单因素试验与正交试验探究nZVI/AC降解2,4-二硝基苯酚(2,4-DNP)效果和最佳条件。XRD表征结果显示成功制备出nZVI/AC。单因素试验结果表明,弱酸性有利于nZVI/AC对2,4-DNP的降解,在2,4-DNP质量浓度为2~20 mg/L的条件下,随着2,4-DNP初始浓度的升高,其降解率先提升后下降,nZVI/AC投加量的增加与振荡时间的延长均能提升2,4-DNP的降解效果。正交试验得出的影响因素排序为:2,4-DNP初始浓度>振荡时间> nZVI/AC投加量>初始pH值;在废水体积为50 mL, 2,4-DNP的初始质量浓度为16 mg/L,初始pH值为6, nZVI/AC的投加量为5 g/L,振荡反应时间为120 min的最佳条件下,2,4-DNP的最高去除率达到89%。
Activated carbon supported nano zero-valent iron(nZVI/AC)was prepared by liquid phase reduction method and characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD).Single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were designed to observe the effect and the optimal conditions of 2,4-dinitrophenol(2,4-DNP)degradation by nZVI/AC.XRD results showed that nZVI/AC was successfully prepared.Single factor test results showed that weak acidity was conducive to the degradation of 2,4-DNP.Under the condition that the mass concentration of 2,4-DNP was 2-20 mg/L,the degradation rate of 2,4-DNP first increased and then decreased with the increase of the initial concentration of 2,4-DNP.The increase of nZVI/AC dosage and the prolong of oscillation time could both improve the degradation effect.The order of influencing factors obtained through the orthogonal test was as follows:2,4-DNF initial concentration>oscillation time>nZVI/AC dosage>initial pH value;Under the optimal condition that,the wastewater volume was 50 mL,the initial mass concentration of 2,4-DNP was 16 mg/L,the initial pH value was 6,the nZVI/AC dosage was 5 g/L,the oscillating reaction time was 120 min,the highest removal rate of 2,4-DNP was 89%.
