摘要
基于己二酸和己内酰胺废水单独处理成本高、工艺复杂的现状,遵循以废治废的原则,将己二酸和己内酰胺废水混合处理。整个工艺流程可大幅降低药剂的投加量以及运行费用;生化段采用两相UASB+两相SBR结合工艺,可实现多种运行模式的切换应对来水的波动。试运行期间,当混合废水进水COD质量浓度为1 000~1 500 mg/L时,两相UASB系统出水COD质量浓度为300~400 mg/L, SBR池出水COD、氨氮、 TN的质量浓度分别在50、 3和15 mg/L以下,吨水处理成本约为3.96元,处理后出水的TDS可满足循环冷却水系统补充用水的要求,大大减少了装置区对生产水的需求。
Due to the high cost and complicated process of treating adipic acid and caprolactam wastewater separately,following the principle of treating waste with waste,the above two kinds of wastewater was mixed and treated at the same time.The whole process can greatly reduce the agents dosage and the operating cost.The biochemical section adopts two-phase UASB+two-phase SBR process,which can realize the switching of various operating modes to cope with the fluctuation of incoming water.During commissioning and trial operation,when the influent COD mass concentration of the mixed wastewater was 1000-1500,the effluent COD mass concentration of the two-phase UASB system was 300-400 mg/L,the mass concentrations of COD,ammonia nitrogen and TN in the effluent water of SBR were lower than 50,3 and 15 mg/L respectively,the cost of water treatment per ton was about 3.96 yuan.The TDS content of the effluent water after the treatment could meet the make-up water requirement of the circulating cooling water system,the demand for production water in the plant area was greatly reduced.
