基于助力共同富裕的高职院校人才培养研究

Talent Training in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Assisting Common Prosperity

共同富裕是中国式现代化的本质要求,是全体人民的共同期盼。高职院校人才培养助力共同富裕具有培养高素质技术技能型劳动者、提升城乡居民收入、增加国家人力资本和促进区域发展协调平衡的时代意义。然而,高职院校人才培养助力共同富裕主要存在就业需求理解的狭隘性、高职教育发展的内外不平衡和高职教育外部条件有待加强等现实困境。为此,提出了高职院校人才培养助力实现共同富裕的路径,以期破解和提升高职院校助力共同富裕的困境和质量。

Common prosperity is the essential requirement of Chinese path to modernization and the common expectation of all Chinese people.It is of great significance for vocational colleges to support common prosperity by training high-quality skilled workers,improving national income,increasing national human resources and promoting balanced regional devel-opment.However,there are still some problems in talent training of vocational colleges,such as the narrow understanding of employment requirements,the imbalanced development inside and outside of vocational education,and the insufficient outside development condi-tions,etc.Therefore,the essay put forward the talent training path of vocational college with a view to improving the talent training quality and supporting common prosperity of Chinese people.
