摘要
结合当前经济社会发展新形势以及职业教育改革的需要,提出高职院校教师教学创新团队建设的应然性逻辑;从团队建设制度、运行机制、“双师型”教师结构与能力、模块化教学等方面分析高职院校教师教学创新团队的适应性困境;按照组建高水平、结构化教学创新团队的要求,从校内协同、校际协同、校企协同三个机制及其以上三个机制的协同性角度,提出构建新时期高职院校教师教学创新团队建设的变革性思路。
To meet the requirement of social and economic development,and the vocational education reform,building the teaching innovation team in vocational colleges is very neces-sary.This essay discussed the problems and difficulties in the team building process from the construction and operation mechanism of the teaching team,the structure and ability of teachers,and modular-based teaching approach,and put forward the ideas for constructing teaching innovation team in higher vocational colleges from the perspectives of in-school collaboration,school-school collaboration,and school-enterprise collaboration.
