摘要 制备了SiO_(2)气凝胶/TPO弹性体复合材料,研究了SiO_(2)气凝胶添加量对复合材料导热系数、吸水性能、浸水后力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着SiO_(2)气凝胶添加量的增加,复合材料的导热系数逐渐减小,且减小幅度趋缓;SiO_(2)气凝胶添加量越大,复合体系的吸水率越大;浸水后复合材料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率随着SiO_(2)气凝胶添加量的增加呈先增大后减小的趋势。从SiO_(2)气凝胶/TPO弹性体复合材料断面的SEM形貌图可以看出,SiO_(2)气凝胶添加量增加会导致基材有褶皱产生。综合性能和成本分析,较为合适的SiO_(2)气凝胶添加量为1%~3%,此时制得的SiO_(2)气凝胶/TPO弹性体复合材料综合性能较为优异。 SiO_(2) aerogel/TPO elastomer composites are prepared,and the effects of the addition amount of SiO_(2) aerogel on the thermal conductivity,water absorption and mechanical properties of the composites after immersion are studied.The results show that the thermal conductivity of the composites decreases gradually with the increase of the addition of SiO_(2) aerogel,and the decrease amplitude tends to slow down;the greater the amount of SiO_(2) aerogel added,the greater the water absorption of the composite system;the tensile strength and elongation at break of the composites after immersion increased first and then decreased with the increase of SiO_(2) aerogel content.From the SEM topography of the section of SiO_(2) aerogel/TPO elastomer composites,it can be seen that the increase in the addition of SiO_(2) aerogel will lead to wrinkles in the substrate.According to the comprehensive performance and cost analysis,the appropriate addition amount of SiO_(2) aerogel is 1%~3%.At this time,the SiO_(2) aerogel/TPO elastomer composites have excellent comprehensive performance.
