Construction Technology for Impermeability Maintenance of Water Supply Channels in Northern Xinjiang

新疆某供水渠道抗渗维修项目在原防渗做法的基础上,采用T-8000高分子水性喷涂永粘防水涂料进行处理,并采用Ⅱ型JS防水涂料对下层涂料进行保护,施工过程中对施工质量和验收标准进行严格控制。该做法安全环保、施工便捷,对渠道表面混凝土防护效果较好,可在冬季施工,解决了供水渠道大面积快速维修的难题。

On the basis of the original anti-seepage method,T-8000 polymer waterborne spray permanent adhesive waterproofing coating is adopted for the treatment of a water supply channel in Xinjiang,and typeⅡJS waterproofing coating is used to protect the prime coating.During the construction process,strict control is exercised over the construction quality and acceptance standards.This method is safe,environmentally friendly and convenient for construction,and it has a good protective effect on the surface concrete of the channel and can be constructed in winter.The problem of large-scale and rapid maintenance of water supply channels is solved.
