摘要
正畸治疗过程中,成年患者的部分牙齿移动极为缓慢甚至停滞。如何改善并加速此类正畸牙的移动已成为患者和医生共同关注的问题。目前外科手术辅助加速正畸治疗是临床上常用且疗效较为确切的方法。研究表明其主要机制是局部骨加速现象(regional acceleratory phenomenon,RAP),即骨组织和软组织受到刺激时发生的复杂生理反应。本文就RAP在外科手术加速正畸牙移动过程中的最新机制研究进行综述。
In adult patients,some teeth move extremely slowly or even stagnate during orthodontic treatment.So how to improve and accelerate the movement of such orthodontic teeth has become a common concern for both patients and doctors.Currently,surgically assisted accelerated orthodontic treatment is a commonly used technique with more accurate results.Studies have shown that its main mechanism is the regional acceleratory phenomenon(RAP),which is a complex physiological response that occurs when bone and soft tissues are stimulated.This article reviews the latest mechanism of RAP in the process of accelerating orthodontic tooth movement during surgery.
