奚嘉教授从“虚、瘀”论治薄型子宫内膜相关不孕经验探讨

受环境污染、生活方式改变、文化观念转变、不良性行为等多种因素的影响,不孕症发病呈上升趋势。现代医学研究指出排卵障碍、子宫及宫颈病变是女性不孕症的主要原因。在引起女性不孕症的众多原因中,子宫内膜过薄受到越来越多的国内外学者的高度重视。患者因子宫内膜过薄导致胚胎着床失败,甚至造成反复流产。由于子宫内膜厚度不足,子宫内膜的容受性降低,对胚胎的着床造成较大的影响,从而引起薄型子宫内膜相关不孕。奚嘉教授认为,从中医角度探索薄型子宫内膜相关不孕,以“虚、瘀”为病机特点,肾虚为本,瘀血为标,虚实并见,治疗当从“虚、瘀”入手,兼顾标本缓急,临证自拟助孕益膜汤Ⅱ号方治疗薄型子宫内膜相关不孕效果颇佳。

Under the influence of many factors such as environmental pollution,lifestyle change,cultural concept change and bad sexual behavior,the incidence of infertility is on the rise.Modern medical researches point out that ovulation disorders,uterine and cervical lesions are the main causes of female infertility.Among the many causes of female infertility,thin endome-trium has been highly valued by more and more scholars at home and abroad.Thin endometrium leads to implantation failure and even repeated miscarriages.Due to the insufficient endometrial thickness,the receptivity of the endometrium is reduced,which greatly affects the implantation of the embryo and causes thin endometrium-related infertility.Professor Xijia believes that in TCM,thin endometrium-related infertility is characterized by“deficiency and stasis”as the pathogenesis,kidney deficiency as the root cause and blood stasis as the manifestation.The deficiency and excess are seen together.The treatment of thin endo-metrium-related infertility should start from“deficiency and stasis”,and take into account the condition of the root cause and manifestation.The clinical effect of self-made Zhuyun Yimu DecoctionⅡin the treatment of thin endometrium-related infertility is quite good.
