“强肾通督”针法治疗退行性腰椎管狭窄症经验

Experience in the acupuncture treatment of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis by strengthening kidney and dredging governor vessel

退行性椎管狭窄症(degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis,DLSS)是常见的脊柱疾病,好发于中老年人,近年来该病发病率逐年上升且有年轻化的趋势,使患者的生活质量严重下降,问题严峻,亟待解决。该病追本溯源,是由于肾精亏虚、督脉瘀滞所致,属本虚标实之证。治以补肾为核心,通督为手段。“强肾通督”针法以肾俞、命门、委中为主穴,双侧腰夹脊(L_(3)~L_(5))、后溪、环跳、阳陵泉、承山、悬钟为主要配穴,通过补肾通督濡养筋脉,疏通阳经经气,标本同治,则病痛可除。通过总结“强肾通督”针法治疗退行性椎管狭窄症的临床经验,以期进一步提高临床疗效。

Degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis(DLSS)is a common spinal disease,affecting middle-aged and elderly people.In recent years,the incidence of the disease has increased year by year and has a trend of younger people,so that the quality of life of patients has been seriously decreased.The disease is serious and needs to be solved.Tracing the origin of this disease,it is caused by the deficiency of kidney essence and the stasis of governor vessel,which belongs to the syndrome of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.The treatment takes tonifying kidney as the core and dredging governor vessel as the means.In the acupuncture method of“strengthening kidney and dredging governor vessel”,the main acupoints are Shenshu,Mingmen and Weizhong,and the matching acupoints are bilateral waist Jiaji(L_(3)-L_(5)),Houxi,Huantiao,Yanglingquan,Chengshan and Xuanzhong.Through tonifying kidney,dredging governor vessel and nourishing the tendons and vessels,Qi of Yang channel can be dredged,which can achieve both treatment of origin and superficiality and the purpose of curing the disease.By summarizing the clinical experience of“strengthening kidney and dredging governor vessel”acupuncture in the treatment of DLSS,we hope to further improve the clinical effect.
