基于形神一体观从心脾论治抽动障碍的针灸治疗

Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of tic disorder from the heart and spleen based on the holism of body and spirit

从中医学“形神一体观”理论出发,抽动障碍属于“形”“神”共患疾病。抽动障碍形神俱伤关键责之心脾,从心脾论治,临床主取督脉、心包经、脾胃经腧穴以调摄心脾,并调形神,取得了理想的临床疗效。针灸实践中,应注重调畅气机,内守精神;强调针刺深浅和补泻对疗效的影响;临床上还可根据实际病情,灵活采取电针、揿针等辅助方法治疗;针对抽动障碍的不同类型及发作时期,应有所侧重地调治形神。

According to the theory of“holism of body and spirit”in Chinese medicine,tic disorder belongs to the comorbid medical conditions of“body”and“spirit”.Tic disorder damages both body and spirit,and the key lies in the disharmony of heart and spleen.Treatment based on the heart and spleen,the main clinical acupoints along the governor vessel,pericardium channel,spleen and stomach channels are taken to regulate the heart and spleen,as well as body and spirit,which achieves ideal clinical effect.In the practice of acupuncture and moxibustion,we should pay attention to regulating Qi activity and keeping spirit inside.The effect of acupuncture depth and reinforcing and draining on curative effect should be valued.In clinical practice,we can also flexibly take auxiliary methods such as electroacupuncture and press-needle according to the actual condition.According to the different types and onset periods of tic disorder,the body and spirit should be regulated with emphasis.
