干眼动物模型建立与研究进展

摘要 干眼是目前最为常见的一种眼表疾病,解析干眼的发病机制以及发现新的治疗策略是近年来眼科领域的前沿和热点,建立有效的实验动物模型是研究的必要关键。按照临床特征分类,干眼动物模型可分为水液缺乏型、蒸发过强型和混合型。本文就几种常见干眼实验动物模型的建立方法及其特点进行综述,为研究人员提供参考。 Dry eye is one of the most common ocular surface diseases at present.Analyzing the pathogenesis of dry eye and finding new treatment strategies are the frontiers and hot spots in the field of ophthalmology in recent years.Establishing an effective experimental animal model is necessary and critical for experimental research.According to the classification of clinical characteristics,dry eye animal models can be divided into aqueous-deficient type,excessive evaporation type and mixed type.This paper reviews the establishment methods and characteristics of several common experimental animal models of dry eye,so as to provide reference for researchers.
