旧水泥路面微裂均质化再生技术在G359高明段改造中的应用

摘要 以G359高明段5 km水泥混凝土路面改造工程为例,深入探讨了微裂均质化再生技术在道路改造中的应用。通过对旧水泥路面的现状分析,详细介绍了微裂均质化再生技术的施工过程,包括微裂施工、注浆加固、挖除置换和沥青加铺等关键步骤。通过弯沉检测、注浆加固前后强度对比以及挖除置换效果评估,明确了该技术在提升道路整体性能、减缓变形等方面取得的显著成效。同时,对微裂均质化再生技术的优势和局限性进行了深入剖析,并提出了未来工程改进的建议。 Taking 5 km cement concrete pavement reconstruction project of G359 Gaoming section as an example,this paper deeply discusses the application of micro crack homogenization regeneration technology in road reconstruction.Based on the analysis of the present situation of the old cement pavement,the construction process of micro crack homogenization regeneration technology is introduced in detail,including micro crack construction,grouting reinforcement,excavation and replacement,asphalt overlay and other key steps.Through the bending detection,the strength comparison before and after grouting reinforcement,and the evaluation of the excavation and displacement effect,the remarkable results of the technology in improving the overall performance of the road and slowing down the deformation are fully demonstrated.At the same time,the advantages and limitations of micro crack homogenization regeneration technology are deeply analyzed,and suggestions for future engineering improvement are put forward.
