交通运输业是国家应对气候变化工作部署中确定的以低碳排放为特征的三大产业体系之一,建立低碳交通运输体系对气候变化、低碳减排、实现绿色交通发展目标具有重要作用。就黑龙江省交通运输节能减排和生态环保工作,以及存在的问题做了总体情况阐述。

The transportation industry is one of the three major industrial systems identified in the national deployment to address climate change,characterized by low carbon emissions.Establishing a low carbon transportation system plays an important role in addressing climate change,low carbon and emissions reduction,and achieving green transportation development goals.This report provides an overall overview of the energy-saving,emission reduction,and ecological environmental protection work in transportation throughout Heilongjiang province,as well as the existing problems.
