摘要
目的检索、评价并总结穴位按摩促进产妇乳汁分泌的相关证据,为母乳喂养护理实践提供循证依据。方法根据PIPOST模式明确循证问题,检索有关中英文指南网、数据库等,文献类型为系统评价、专家共识、指南、随机对照试验。检索时限为2013年4月至2023年4月。由4名研究者独立对指南进行质量评价,对纳入文献进行总结归纳,最终结合专家意见确定证据推荐级别。结果纳入14篇文献,包括1篇指南、3篇系统评价、10篇随机对照试验。总结了穴位按摩前准备、穴位选取及穴位定位、穴位按摩开始时间、穴位按摩手法及时间、穴位按摩力度、异常处理方法、健康教育7个主题的15条证据。结论总结的穴位按摩促进产妇乳汁分泌的证据,能为临床构建和规范穴位按摩促进母乳喂养护理实践方案提供参考依据。
Objective To search,evaluate and summarize the evidence on acupoint massage promoting milk secretion in puerpera,so as to provide evidence for breastfeeding nursing practice.Methods The evidence-based questions were identified according to the PIPOST model,then related guidelines network and databases,etc.,were searched,the included literature were systematic reviews,expert consensus,guidelines and randomized controlled trials.The search period was from April 2013 to April 2023.Four investigators independently assessed the quality of included guidelines,summarized the included literature,and finally determined the levels of evidence recommendation based on expert opinion.Results Fourteen studies were included,consisting of 1 guideline,3 systematic reviews and 10 randomized controlled trials.Fifteen pieces of evidence were summarized in seven topics:preparation before acupressure massage,acupressure point selection and acupoint positioning,start time of acupoint massage,technique and time of acupoint massage,intensity of acupoint massage,abnormal handling methods,and health education.Conclusion This summarized evidence of acupoint massage promoting milk secretion in puerpera,can provide evidence for constructing and standardizing nursing practice of acupoint massage promoting breastfeeding.
