驮英水库及灌区工程跨明江建筑物方案比选

摘要 驮英水库及灌区工程的灌溉面积为84.12万亩。驮英总干渠跨明江倒虹吸为总干渠控制性工程。其设计输水流量22.61 m3/s,加大流量为27.13 m3/s,为2级建筑物,设计洪水标准为30年一遇,校核洪水标准为50年一遇。根据总干渠线路跨明江所处位置的地形地质条件、航运、行洪、水力学、运行管理、施工及结构安全等要求,跨河建筑物分别选择埋式倒虹吸(方案一)、渡槽+桥式倒虹吸(方案二)及渡槽(方案三)进行比选,确定最合适的跨河建筑物。 The irrigation area of Tuoying Reservoir Irrigation Zone Project is 841200 mu,or about 56108 hectares.The inverted siphon across Mingjiang River is the control building of general main canal with a design flow of 22.61m3/s and a increase flow of 27.13 m3/s.It is a class II structure.The design flood standard is once every 30 years and the check flood standard once every 50 years.According to the topographical and geological conditions and the requirements of navigation,flood discharge,hydraulics,operation management,construction and structural safety,three schemes were compared before the most suitable scheme was selected,including the inverted siphon scheme,aqueduct+bridge type inverted siphon scheme and aqueduct scheme.
