摘要
广西落久水利枢纽工程每扇弧型闸门水平总推力达到47571 kN,采用预应力结构。在实施过程中,经咨询国内专家和专业锚索生产厂家意见,为今后运行安全和提高张拉控制应力,增加锚索钢绞线数量和改用高强度钢筋。详细介绍锚索施工工艺和安装技术。通过大坝安全监测4年的数据分析,闸墩锚索施工达到设计和规范要求,该设计方案是可行的。
The total horizontal thrust of each radial gate of Luojiu Hydraulic Complex is 47571kN and pre-stress structure is adopted.After consulting the opinions of domestic experts and professional anchorage cable manufactur⁃ers,in order to ensure operation safety and increase tension control stress,the quantity of steel strands was in⁃creased and high-tensile steel bar was used.A detailed instruction was made on the construction technique and erection technology of anchorage cable.The dam safety monitoring data of 4 years was analyzed and the results of analysis demonstrate the construction of gate pier anchorage cable conforms to the requirements of design and speci⁃fications,and the design scheme is feasible.
