灌区工程建设临时用地复垦、退地工作实施探讨

Discussion on the implementation of temporary land reclamation and return for construction of irrigation zone project

水库灌区工程为线性工程,具有线路长、跨越地域广、穿过辖区数量多的特点,工程建设征用临时用地和须复垦土地面积广,在临时用地使用期限届满时,应在规定期限内,组织开展土地复垦、退地工作。本文结合某水库灌区工程的特点,介绍了工程建设临时用地复垦方案,复垦退地的方法和技术措施。

The reservoir irrigation zone project is a linear engineering characterized by long route,distributed in a wide area and passing through many jurisdictional boundaries.The construction requires a wide area of temporary land acquisition and reclamation.At the expiration of the temporary land use period,land reclamation and return shall be organized within the specified period.Combined with the characteristics of a reservoir irrigation zone proj⁃ect,an introduction was made on the reclamation plan for temporary land use,as well as the methods and technical measures for land reclamation and return.
