工程造价风险管理研究

Study on management of construction cost risks

工程项目在建设过程中会出现诸多不确定因素,意味着工程建设企业不可避免地面临着各种风险,如果不加以防范,势必会影响整个项目,甚至会造成工程成本大幅增加的后果。本文简要介绍工程造价风险的内涵、类型、特点和成因,指出现阶段我国建筑企业在工程造价风险管理中存在的问题,包括忽视工程项目各阶段存在的风险、风险管理制度不全面以及无法准确识别和有效控制风险,并提出相对应的解决措施。

Many uncertain factors may arise during the construction process of engineering projects,which means that engineering construction enterprises inevitably face various risks.The risk will inevitably affect the whole proj⁃ect if it is not prevented,and even result in a significant increase of engineering costs.A brief introduction was made on the connotation,types,features and causes of construction cost risk.The problems existing in the construc⁃tion cost risk management of Chinese construction enterprises at present are pointed out,including ignoring the risks at all stages of the project,the risk management system being incomplete,unable to correctly identify and ef⁃fectively control the risk.Corresponding solution measures are put forward.
