共同富裕视域下民族地区数字商务创新发展与实践——基于四川凉山彝族自治州现代服务研究

The Innovative Development and Practice of Digital Commerce in Ethnic Areas from the Perspective of Common Prosperity-Research on Modern Services in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture,Sichuan Province

在高质量发展中,扎实推动共同富裕已成为新时代中国特色社会主义发展重大理论和实践议程,商贸连接着生产和消费,数字商务已在民族地区经济发展中积累了成功的经验,现代服务业作为数字商务重要组成部分且占有重要地位。凉山州现代服务业在国民经济提质增效占有重要地位,已成为凉山州区域经济发展的增长点和加速器。通过分析四川凉山州数字商务发展中现代服务发展现状,以及现代服务业在数字化转型升级发展中面临的困境,提出可操作性的对策建议,以期形成促进民族地区现代服务业发展长效机制,为民族地区数字商务创新发展提供有益参考。

In high-quality development,solid promotion of common prosperity has become a major theoretical and practical agenda for China's socialist development in the new era.Commerce and trade connect production and consumption.Digital commerce has accumulated successful experience in the economic development of ethnic areas.Modern service industry plays an important role as an important part of digital commerce.The modern service industry in Liangshan Prefecture plays an important role in improving the quality and efficiency of the national economy,and has become a growth point and accelerator for the regional economic development of Liangshan Prefecture.By analyzing the current situation of modern service development in the development of digital commerce in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan Province(hereinafter referred to as Liangshan Prefecture),as well as the difficulties faced by the modern service industry in the Digital transformation and upgrading development,this paper puts forward operable countermeasures and suggestions,with a view to forming a long-term mechanism to promote the development of modern service industry in ethnic areas,and providing useful reference for the innovative development of digital commerce in ethnic areas.
