我国《反垄断法》的研究热点与演化趋势——基于CiteSpace的知识图谱分析

Research Hotspot and Evolution Trend of Chinese Anti-Monopoly Law-Based on CiteSpace Knowledge Mapping Analysis

为明晰我国《反垄断法》的研究进程和整体演化规律,基于1998-2022年CSSCI收录的555篇期刊文献,通过CiteSpace6.2.R2对研究主体、知识基础、研究内容绘制知识图谱并进行可视化分析。研究发现,现有研究侧重定性分析,研究主体以独立研究为主,围绕规制知识产权滥用行为的对策研究与巩固竞争政策基础性地位的整体研究仍需加强。未来应当重视案例实证研究,研究者与研究机构应积极构建跨机构合作交流关系,在持续聚焦应对知识产权滥用行为策略研究的同时,扩大巩固竞争政策基础性地位的综合研究与深化数字经济时代下的新型垄断行为规制研究。

In order to clarify the research process and overall evolution law of Chinese Anti-Monopoly Law,based on 555 journal literatures included in CSSCI from 1998 to 2022,the knowledge map of research subject,knowledge basis and research content was drawn and visualized by CiteSpace6.2.R2.It is found that the existing research focuses on qualitative analysis,and the research subject is mainly independent research.The overall research on the regulation of intellectual property abuse and the consolidation of the basic position of competition policy still needs to be strengthened.In the future,we should attach importance to the case study.Meanwhile,researchers and research institutions should actively establish inter-institutional cooperation and exchange relations.While continuing to focus on the strategy of coping with intellectual property abuse,we will expand the comprehensive research of consolidating the basic position of competition policy and deepen the research of new monopoly behavior regulation in the era of digital economy.
