浅谈蛋鸡无抗养殖及疫病防控技术 被引量:1

摘要 随着人们物质生活水平的提升,食品健康安全成为大众高度关注的热点。传统的规模化养鸡为了减少鸡群疫病发生,提高生长速度,常在养殖过程中使用抗生素,从而提高产量,增加经济效益。然而由此引发滥用抗生素以及导致禽肉蛋产品食品安全问题日益凸显,严重威胁消费者的身体健康,故而传统养殖模式已逐步被追求高品质禽产品的无抗养殖技术模式所替代。该文通过介绍蛋鸡无抗养殖的技术要点以及在无抗养殖条件下蛋鸡疫病防控进行探讨和分析,旨在提高蛋鸡养殖水平和供给优质鸡蛋产品提供帮助。 As current living standards improved,food health and safety have become a highly concerned issue.Traditional large-scale chicken farming supplements antibiotics to feed in order to reduce the occurrence of poultry diseases,increase growth rate,and thus improve yield and economic benefits.The misuse of antibiotics and the resulting food safety issues in poultry meat and egg products are increasingly prominent,posing a serious threat to consumer health.Therefore,the traditional farming has gradually been replaced by the antibiotic-free farming technology aiming for high-quality poultry products.This paper discusses the key points of antibiotic-free rearing techniques for egg-laying chickens,and futher explores and analyzes the disease prevention and control under antibiotic-free rearing conditions,to improve the level of chicken farming and facilitate in supplying high-quality eggs.
