海南省临高县农村空心化影响因素实证分析

Empirical Analysis of Factors Influencing Rural Hollowing Phenomenon in Lingao County,Hainan Province

农村空心化已成为阻碍农村经济社会持续健康发展的重要梗阻因素。在乡村振兴战略背景下,如何破解农村空心化难题得到社会各界广泛关注。以海南省临高县下辖11个乡镇中的7个乡镇为调查对象,对其空心化基本情况进行实地调研和实证分析,研究发现,影响临高县农村空心化的主要因子包括社会驱动因子、经济驱动因子、土地驱动因子、政治驱动因子、环境驱动因子和家庭驱动因子。应从推进城乡公共服务均等化进程、发展新产业新业态、探索土地利用模式、强化基层治理能力等方面入手,减轻临高县农村空心化程度,实现经济高质量发展。

The hollowing phenomenon of rural areas has become an important obstacle to the sustained and healthy development of the rural economy and society.In the context of rural revitalization strategy,how to solve this problem has been a concern by all walks of life.Taking 7 out of 11 townships in Lingao County of Hainan Province as survey objects,field research and empirical analysis of the basic situation of hollowing out were con-ducted,and it was found that the main factors affecting the hollowing phenomenon of rural areas in Lingao Coun-ty include social driving factor,economic driving factor,land driving factor,political driving factor,environ-mental driving factor and family driving factor.We should start from promoting the equalization of urban and rural public services,developing new industries and new forms of business,exploring land use models,and strengthe-ning grass-roots governance capacity in order to reduce the degree of hollowing phenomenon of rural areas in Lingao County and achieve high-quality economic development.
