特色小康社会建设的地域文化之维

Dimensions of Regional Culture in the Construction of Characteristic Well-off Society

特色小康社会与地域文化具有关联性,要以富有特色和优势的地域文化建设,来推动和丰富特色小康社会建设。文章认为,认知和坚守文化的多样性,是建设特色地域文化的重要前提;要把优秀地域文化作为优秀民族文化来对待,把特色地域文化建设提升到新高度;要把特色地域文化建设与特色小康社会建设深度融合、有机统一起来。文章提出,要以提升地域文化品位来彰显小康社会特色,而提升地域文化品位,首先必须明确地域文化圈定位以及文化发展方位;应着眼于满足地域百姓多层次多样化的文化生活需求,以体现小康社会的文化服务特色;应注重提高地域民众的精神境界与文明素养,以体现小康社会的精神文明特色;还应具有科学的前瞻的文化价值取向,不断为小康社会拓展文化发展前景。

The characteristic well-off society is related to regional culture,and it is necessary to promote and enrich the construction of characteristic well-off society with the construction of regional culture with characteristics and advantages.This paper believes that recognizing and adhering to cultural diversity is an important prerequisite for the construction of characteristic regional culture.We should treat excellent regional culture as excellent national culture,and promote the construction of characteristic regional culture to a higher level.We should combine the construction of characteristic regional culture with the construction of characteristic well-off society closely and systematically.This paper proposes that the characteristics of a well-off society should be highlighted by enhancing the regional cultural taste.In order to enhance the regional cultural taste,the positioning of the regional cultural circle and the direction of cultural development must be clarified firstly.We should focus on meeting the multi-level and diverse cultural life needs of the local people,to reflect the characteristics of cultural service in a well-off society.We should make effort to improve the spiritual realm and civilization of the local people to reflect the spiritual civilization characteristics of a well-off society.We should also have a scientific and forward-looking cultural value orientation,and constantly expand the prospects for cultural development of a well-off society.
