摘要
文章基于超特高压变电站生产准备的实际需要,提出了超特高压变电站生产准备“运检项目部”管理体系,以生产准备全过程管理为主线,实现可研与设计阶段生产运维需求可视化、设备验收标准化、生产投运精益化的目标。充分发挥超特高压变电站生产准备“运检项目部”管理体系的作用,通过发现问题、消除缺陷、闭环管理,节约验收和操作时间,提高生产准备效率,保障和提高超特高压变电站生产准备工作的质量。
Based on the actual needs,this paper puts forward the management system of"operation and maintenance department"for production preparation of the EHV/UHV substation.With the whole process management as the main line,the goals of visualization of operation and maintenance requirements,standardization of equipment acceptance and lean production and operation in the feasibility study and design stage are achieved.From problem-positioning,defect-elimination to closed-loop management,the system is fully applied to save acceptance and operation time,improve efficiency,ensure and improve the quality of production preparation of EHV/UHV substations.
