摘要
针对一起10 kV中压发电车并网失败案例,通过现场检查控制器数据和保护装置数据,确定了并网点电压滑差较大和接入点保护配置不合理是导致并网失败的主要原因。通过调整中压发电机组额定排线压、更改保护配置,解决了该突发事件。同时根据现场实际应用情况给出了中压发电车接入点电压控制幅度和接入点保护合理配置的计算公式,最后针对本次事故提出了相应工作建议。
Through on-site inspection of controller data and protection device data,it is determined that the main cause of the grid connection failure of a 10 kV medium voltage generator car is the large voltage slip at the grid connection point and the unreasonable protection setting at the access point.By adjusting the rated line voltage of the medium voltage generator and changing the protection setting parameters,the emergency is resolved.At the same time,based on the actual application on site,the calculation formula of the voltage control range and reasonable configuration is given.Finally,corresponding suggestions are proposed for this accident.
