摘要
文章分析了某发电公司凝结水精处理混床2023年周期制水量低、出水水质差等问题,提出了相应的解决方法:阴、阳树脂分层要彻底,最大限度地防止两种树脂交叉污染;混床内部的孔板通过加装密封条以使配水均匀,进而使混床出水指标满足水、汽标准的要求,提高了混床的运行周期。
This paper analyzes the problems of low water production,poor water quality of the condensate fine treatment mixed bed of Chizhou Power Generation Company in 2023,and then puts forward the corresponding solutions.Negative and positive resins should be thoroughly layered to maximize the prevention of their cross-contamination;the orifice plate inside the mixed bed can be added sealing strip to make the water distribution uniform,so that the effluent indicators can meet the requirements of the water and steam standards and improve the operating cycle of the mixed bed.
