趣味运动走进高职院校体育教学的分析探究

Study of Fun Sports into PE Classes of Higher Vocational Colleges

文章针对高职学生的体能状况和兴趣特点,将趣味运动结合在体育教学中。实践表明,趣味运动能够激发更多学生对体育运动的兴趣,并积极主动地参与到课堂学习当中。除了体验运动的乐趣,还能够塑造健康的身体、缓解学生初入新环境的焦虑情绪。高职院校开展趣味运动有一定的意义和价值。

In view of the physical conditions and interests of higher vocational college students,this paper integrates fun sports into PE classes.The result shows that fun sports can stimulate more students′interest in sports,and their active participation in the classroom learning as well.In addition to the interesting experience,fun sports can also shape a healthy body and relieve the anxiety of students about entering a new environment.It is of certain significance and value for higher vocational colleges to carry out fun sports.
