技术赋能时代基于经验学习圈的体育教师专业发展研究 被引量:1

Experiential learning circle:A new way to promote the professional development of physical education teachers in the era of technology empowerment

摘要 技术赋能作为当前教育领域的研究热点,已然为教育发展变革带来了全新的机遇.为构建适应时代发展需求的体育教师专业发展模式,采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对现阶段体育教师专业发展中存在的问题梳理归纳,对经验学习圈、技术赋能与体育教师专业发展的逻辑关系展开研究.研究结果表明,经验学习圈中的获取具体经验—反思性观察—抽象概念化—积极实验这一循环的学习流程可作为体育教师专业发展的逻辑理路,通过“技术”承担工具的作用,能够为促进体育教师专业发展提供理论借鉴与方向指引. Technology empowerment,as a research hotspot in the field of education,has brought new opportunities for the development and reform of education. In order to build a professional development model for physical education teachers that meets the needs of the times,this paper uses the method of literature and logical analysis to sort out and summarize the existing problems and dilemmas in the development of physical education teachers at the present stage,and studies the logical relationship between experience learning circle,technology enablement and physical education teachers’ professional development. The results show that the cycle of acquiring specific experience-REFLECTIVE observation-abstract CONCEP tualization-POSITIVE experiment in the EXPERI ential learning circle is suitable for the professional development of physical education teachers,and technology can provide theoretical reference and direction guidance for promoting the professional development of physical education teachers by assuming the role of tool.
