摘要
本研究中采用2种水泥熟料,将不同比表面积的熟料进行了窄粒径分布的分级,分析了各粒径区间水泥熟料的化学组成和矿物组成,研究了其力学强度的发展规律,探讨了水化历程。研究结果表明,(3,32)μm区间水泥颗粒在熟料的比例宜增大,这部分颗粒有利于水泥强度的增长。(32,64)μm区间的颗粒,在水泥强度的发展过程中保证了长龄期强度,同时对28 d强度有一定的贡献,宜占有一定的比例。(0,3)μm区间水泥颗粒太细,需水量大,而64μm以上的水泥颗粒的强度发展非常缓慢,建议限制这2个粒径区间的水泥颗粒含量。
Two types of cement clinker were used to create powders with varying specific surface areas and narrow particle size distributions.The chemical and mineral composition of each particle size interval was analyzed,and paste strength development and hydration processes were investigated.Results indicate that cement particles in the(3,32)μm interval play a significant role in strength,emphasizing the need to consider their proportions in clinker.The contribution of particles in the(32,64)μm interval to strength at 28 days is limited but beneficial for long-term strength.Particles in the(0,3)μm interval and those larger than 64μm are suggested to be limited in cement composition.
