摘要
厦门大学片区的地势相对较低,排涝主、次泵站设计标准过低,强降雨期间积水严重,排水设施无法满足防涝需求,迫切需要实施防涝改善提升工程。敬贤片、凌云片、石井片为高水高排区,完善路面收水设施和转输管道,排至东大沟;西校门片、芙蓉护至化学湖片为低洼区,完善收水设施和新建泵站,能有效解决厦门大学片区内涝问题。芙蓉湖至化学湖片区拟采用顶管施工方式施工。
This paper addresses the need for flood control improvement and upgrading projects in the Xiamen University area.The low-lying terrain and inadequate design standards of the pumping stations and drainage facilities result in severe water accumulation during heavy rainfall.To address this issue,the paper proposes specific measures for different areas within the university campus.High water and high discharge areas such as Jingxian,Lingyun,and Shijing will undergo improvements to road surface collection facilities and transfer pipelines.The Xixiaomen and Furonghu to Chemical Lake areas,which are low-lying,will require enhanced water collection facilities and the construction of pumping stations to mitigate waterlogging.Additionally,the area from Furong Lake to Chemical Lake will adopt the top pipe construction method.These measures aim to enhance flood control capabilities and alleviate waterlogging issues in the Xiamen University area.
